Benji Moncivaiz
Benji Moncivaiz builds strategy, systems, and tools for mission driven organizations. He has worked with visionary leaders in tech innovation, social justice, and faith-led movements.
He works in tandem with visionary leaders to design healthy organizations that will listen and respond to the genuine needs of their community and team. The combination of his upbringing with missionary church planters and his education and work at MIT and Tufts has cultivated Benji's heart for the local church and innovation. As a spiritual director and human centered design practitioner, he is convinced that listening needs to lead the way.
He has consulted with large institutions like MIT, UNICEF, and Tearfund UK, with leaders associated with Micah Global, the Oxford Center for Mission Studies, and InterVarsity, and with forward thinking Christian organizations like the Faith & Public Integrity Network and Chasing Justice.
David Jones
David Jones helps non-profit organizations, schools, foundations, and churches achieve excellence.
David has led successful startup or turnaround efforts in government, business, and nonprofit organizations for decades. He served as legislative assistant in Congress, a speechwriter, and as the youngest chief-of-staff of a state capitol in the USA (Ohio). He then helped develop the "Get Met. It Pays" campaign for MetLife, featuring Snoopy and the Peanuts Gang.
After serving in senior posts in government and business, David switched to nonprofit leadership. He served as President of Scripture Union for nearly ten years, beginning a lengthy partnership with Scripture Union's Honorary President John Stott, helping Stott launch the Langham Partnership in 1997. During these years, Stott was named one of TIME Magazine's "100 Most Influential People in the World." At the same time he served Langham, Jones started Geneva Global, a philanthropic advisory firm. For 10 years, Jones served as Managing Director of Cedarstone, a ministry service group, and remains a member of its corporate board.
He also served as Managing Director of the Lausanne Movement, founded by Billy Graham and John Stott.
