This role focuses on creating and implementing the systems, processes, and management tools necessary to professionalize the organization, galvanize productivity, and catalyze growth.


  • Create project management infrastructure and processes
  • Develop and manage organization-wide work plan
  • Manage meetings, monitor progress on deliverables, and provide project updates on a consistent basis to all team members about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Oversee organizational financial accounting systems; design expense reporting processes and documentation
  • Research and set up banking infrastructure
  • Research, set up, implement, and manage donation management system
